John Shanyi Chow, Vice President, has been with WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff since 1982 and is a project manager for transportation/transit planning, environmental, economic analyses, and resilience projects. John founded the Network publication in 1986 as a way to share ideas and “network” among technical professionals. He helped create the firm’s Practice Area Networks (Communities of Practice) in 1994, and he managed the operations of the professional development program for almost 20 years.

Susan Lysaght is Editor of Network, and Associate Editor of EFR, the two technical journals of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff containing articles written by our technical staff. She works closely with the authors to ensure that the final product is reflective of the high standards and commitment to engineering excellence set forth by WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff.
